By accessing or using Branchways (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be 13 or older to create your own account. Children under 13 may only use the Service through a school or teacher-managed account with appropriate parental consent.
3. Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information
- Maintaining your login credentials
- All activity under your account
Schools and teachers are responsible for:
- Obtaining parental consent when required
- Managing student accounts
- Ensuring appropriate use of the Service
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Service
- Use the Service for harmful, illegal, or abusive purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or networks
- Upload malicious code
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

6. Educational Use Disclaimer
- The Service is a supplemental educational tool.
- We do not replace required curriculum or school policies.
- Schools are responsible for all compliance with student privacy laws (e.g., PIPEDA, COPPA, FERPA).
7. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties. We are not liable for:

- Unauthorized access
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law.
8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario, without regard to conflicts of law. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that province.
